On-site massage takes massage therapy out of the office and into the world! I travel to events with both my table and my massage chair to offer event-specific treatments in a range of settings.
This year, I've offered massage to runners at the finish line of several road races, shoppers at a local retail event, employees as part of a company wellness initiative, and a group of friends having a ladies' weekend in. I’ve also visited a scrapbooking conference and a couple of bachelorette parties. You may also have visited my booth at Summerfest or the Fiddlehead Festival, doing chair massage to introduce massage and my private practice to folks who hadn't tried it before.
Have you considered hiring a massage therapist for your next event? The possibilities for on-site massage are limited only by our creativity.
On-site massage typically involves clothed treatments in 5-20 minute sessions, usually in a massage chair. This gives me plenty to access to your back, neck, shoulders and hands, which are most people's favorites. I bring my table to running events, mostly because the athletes there are looking for some work on their legs. Periodically, I've even done on-site work in the kind of private setting that allows us to do more traditional Swedish massages.
Let me know what kind of event you have in mind, and we'll make a plan and pricing scale that works best for the time and space available.
Thank you for understanding that I must set minimum prices for events, and thus cannot do out-call work for single sessions.
